Who doesn’t love a good Marc Jacobs’ story? It seems that Juergen Teller, the photographer responsible for Marc Jacobs’ minimalist and iconic ads since 2005, may have spoofed his own work. But nobody knows for sure. Well, except Teller, himself. The ads, which have featured everyone from Meg White to Dakota Fanning, now portray some weird, doughy guy.
They’re titled, “Mr. Teller’s Borg + McEnroe.”They’re kind of funny, but they’re a little too Will Farrel for my tastes.
See them all at The New Enthusiasm.

Kate Moss for Topshop Spring 2008

Last year, Kate Moss’ Topshop collection caused more than a little pandemonium, and this year probably won’t be any different. Although she was recently pushed off the top of a best dressed list by Agyness Deyn. Still, Moss is pretty resilient, and if a well-publicized and well-documented coke binge didn’t affect her popularity, then I guess a pixie-haired “it” girl is small potatoes.
The collection is out right this second if you can afford the Pound/Dollar conversion rate. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the inflation, but I’ll let you be the judge:
Hmm. Yeah, lots of stars. How terribly indie rock of Kate.

The Every Freaking Day Dress by J. Crew
I know there doesn’t seem to be any hurrah involved in this tank dress from J. Crew, but the simplicity is what does it for me. It’s the kind of dress you can wear everyday, and dress it up or dress it down. It’s a good vacation dress, too. I’d love to wear it with a red shoe maybe.
