Peter Gronquist (check out his website, which hilariously blasts Sid Vicious’ “My Way”) opened his solo show “The Revolution Will Be Fabulous” at LA’s Gallery 1988 this last weekend. Reminiscent of Tom Sachs Chanel guillotine and Prada toilet, the exhibit includes a Louis Vuitton Electric Chair, Paul Smith Artillery, and loads of designer guns.
Sadly, I was overbooked last weekend, and I’m out of town this weekend, so I’ll have to miss it. But it you’re interested it runs til’ May 16.
Hey is Louis Vuitton going to sue him like they’re doing to Nadia Plesner?
