If you’re looking for an everyday fall flannel, that isn’t blah, I’d like to point your eyes in the direction of this one from Forever 21. It’s super-punchy, flattering (it’s got darts), and soft. I tried it on with a black pencil skirt, and I was amazed.
Less than $20, to boot.

Fans of The Sartorialist will want to check out the Gant site. The hunky Scott Schuman, fresh off his GAP modeling job, was enlisted by the clothing company to take pics of 10 “real New Yorkers”– with artsy-fancy jobs, of course–wearing ensembles that they styled themselves, mixing Gant pieces with items from their own wardrobes.
The photos will eventually be displayed as an exhibit in their flagship store.
